Mercury’s BuiltSAFE™ OpenGL Library provides high-performance graphics drivers for embedded computing platforms that employ hardware accelerated graphics devices. These OpenGL drivers are principally used in commercial and military aircraft, but are equally applicable to automotive navigation and infotainment systems, dashboard instrument clusters and industrial controls to drive 3D graphics and to enhance the quality of 2D graphics output.
The OpenGL Library supports multiple API versions:
- OpenGL ES1.x
- OpenGL ES2.0
- OpenGL SC1.01
- OpenGL SC2.0
The OpenGL Library supports hardware-accelerated graphics for GPUs and GPU cores in CPUs and SoCs including:
- AMD: E8860 GPU, G-series SoC
- Intel: AtomTM, Core i3TM, Core i5TM and Core i7TM with HD4000 and HD5000 graphics
- TI: Imagination Technologies SGX
